We are looking for a dynamic LCSW, LPC, or LMFT to provide quality behavioral health services in a small and supportive clinic. If you have previous experience working with non-profit agencies or with Federally Qualified Health Centers, we'd like to meet you. A successful Clinical Outpatient Therapist will be creative, collaborative, and committed to providing sound therapeutic treatment.

Must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and have 3 years of experience to be considered for this role.
About the Role:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (9:00AM - 5:00PM)
- Location: Diana Baldwin Clinic, 1211 Chestnut Street, 6th Fl, Phila, PA 19107
- Compensation & Benefits:
- FSLA status is exempt with an annual rate of $68,000
- 2 weeks of PTO annually + 11 paid holidays

Requirements:
- Current Pennsylvania license in Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Professional Counseling (LPC) and/or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- At least 3 years of experience in mental health treatment.
- Experience working with multiple diagnoses and gender identity/sexual orientation concerns.
- Experience working with diverse populations, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with others as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a caseload of up to 30 clients for weekly individual sessions.
- Provide a variety of interventions to best support the needs of each client.
- Collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients every 6 months.
- Complete empirically validated assessments with clients every 6 months.
- Participate in monthly administrative and clinical supervision meetings.
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
- Document sessions and non-billable notes in EMR.
