Outpatient Therapist Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic LCSW, LPC, or LMFT to provide quality behavioral health services in a small and supportive clinic.
Qualifications: The ideal Outpatient Therapist is someone who has experience working with multiple diagnoses and gender identity/sexual orientation concerns. They will also have experience working with diverse populations, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with others as needed. The Outpatient Therapist will have a current Pennsylvania license in Clinical Social Work (LCSW), and at least 3 years of experience in mental health treatment is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain a caseload of up to 30 clients for weekly individual sessions.
- Provide a variety of interventions to best support the needs of each client.
- Collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients every 6 months.
- Complete empirically validated assessments with clients every 6 months.
- Participate in monthly administrative and clinical supervision meetings.
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
- Document sessions and non-billable notes in EMR.
- Other duties as requested or assigned.
Other: Initial probationary period is three months. Generally, works in a clinical office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical clinical setting.
Salary range: Commensurate with experience.
Travel Requirements: Minimal local travel required between Philadelphia FIGHT Health Centers.
Work Hours: 40 Hours/Week
