Job Description

Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00a.m. to 5:00pm (No evenings or weekends)

Department: Behavioral Health

Clinical Site: Diana Baldwin Clinic (1211 Chestnut Street, 6th Floor)

Supervisor: Chief, Behavioral Health

Full-Time, 40 hours per week; Exempt

This is an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to provide quality behavioral health services in a small and supportive clinic.

Philadelphia FIGHT, initially founded in 1990 as a comprehensive AIDS service organization, is now a Federally Qualified Health Center with five clinical sites, providing access to state-of-the art, culturally competent primary care, advocacy, social services, consumer education, and outreach for all patients in need. The Diana Baldwin Clinic is focused on offering quality, strengths-based clinical services using evidence-based modalities. We encourage our therapists to use creativity and collaboration with others to provide sound therapeutic treatment. Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience working with multiple diagnoses and gender identity/sexual orientation concerns.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a caseload of up to 30 clients for weekly individual sessions.
  1. Provide a variety of interventions to best support the needs of each client.
  2. Collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients every 6 months.
  3. Complete empirically validated assessments with clients every 6 months.
  1. Participate in monthly administrative and clinical supervision meetings
  2. Crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
  3. Document sessions and non-billable notes in EMR.
  4. Other duties as requested or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Current Pennsylvania license in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health treatment required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with others as needed.
  • Experience with diverse populations.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to continuously stand, walk or sit.
  • Ability to bend, climb stairs frequently.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds infrequently.
  • Ability to squat occasionally

Work Environment

Salary is commensurate with experience.
